Actually, i feel that HCMC has changed quite a bit since 10 years ago. Much more cars now, much more taxis, much more new taxis, much more motorbikes, less bicycles, much more mobile phone companies, much cheaper mobile phones and calls, more tall buildings, more international brands, much more condos, much more hotels (better ones), much more supermarkets , much more nice and big cafes etc. Although there are still many bikes, still many old houses, still lots of flooding, still lots of sleezy places etc.
