Hi! I think this is the trap question. Follow the word by word here :
Ong gia = old man
hiep = rape ( I guest
)
vo = wife
qua = me or I ( this is the old word from the south Vietnam, only very old man used that word )
So I guest this question is "Do the old man rape my wife ?"
