You may try Swiss Hotel infront of Hotel 89 along the stretch of Top 100

Nice clean hotel . Alternative to Amir hotel is M-1 hotel promo at RP250k

If Batam centre there is a new hotel Harris Batam Center hotel or Harmoni 1

Check out their websites or Agoda for better rates

But this hotels are far away (30-40 minits drive) to Nagoya
