Since China attacked Vietnam a few times in history, do Vietnamese people have a love-hate attitude towards Singaporean Chinese people? They are hard-up for SGP $$$$, but they equate us to PRC people? Just that Singaporeans are easier to sweet talk to to 'suck' SGP $$$$ from us?

Dun know about the turtle soup thingie, but i never see any shops or roadside stalls that sell turtle soup, somemore my bxa also nvr ask me want to eat/drink turtle soup when we in VN.
They dun equate as to PRC. Wa liao singaporean n PRC once we talk can differentiate leh. if they also hate singapore chinese, why so many vb marry chinese bros? The younger generation dun bother so much about history lah. just like us, i think u go ask school kids nowadays who is our 1st president, they dun even know loh. Japanese attacked us n tortured our grandfathers grandmothers during WW2 but r u bothered by it? i bet u see japanese cute girls u will "Wa, kawaii ne!" and not "I will kill u ne!"
