Those with money best consider moving your money oversea. You can claim money lost in bad investment etc but important to remember is court only look at affidavit file they are not bother about the truth or authenticity of claims the onus is not on them to prove but the claimant. So the more "genuine" your claims the more likely the familee cock will rule in your favor. Why overseas? Not unless your ex oc got good connection but normally overseas harder to trace your funds.
