The true is they will start to spend their money earn here once they are back either build house,gambling,spend on luxury and etc.So ppl around them will start to ask and words are spread that singapore is a great place to earn fast money.Those tempted will start to come and try.But from the trend that they will come for the 2nd time means that there is a demand here.
So is not really about 'ong xa' here who is not very rich cos their main purpose is to come here to earn money.Finding a 'Ong Xa' here that is rich will not be on their mind first.
Their pathetic monthly salary of less that $200 USD as a waitress or a sale assistant there makes them come here
