best123: Budget ? You can get from 90 S$ or more, in Makati area, or half the price, in Malate area ..

I prefer Makati, BSA or Berjaya (former Best Western - though Berjaya is a bit away from Makati .. but easy to ask "friends" over as it is accessible .. )

Or Malate, cheaper, Rivera Mansion, Mabini Street

If you want Star, then you are spoilt for choices, for 150 S$ or more ..
