bros, I think bro realestateguy has his own view point and we should respect it. this is a forum for discussion and sharing so I'm perfectly fine if he criticize me.
anyway, based on the SMS chat with the maid I got to know from FB for the past 2 days, doesn't seem to be heading anywhere. I'll try harder and keep the bros here posted. it'll be great if the senior bros here have a trick or two to share on how to carry on from where I am.
