probably he needs a good + sg qualified gynae who speaks well vietnamese so that the wife can communicate and get information accurately from the doctor.
so in other words... a female vietnamese gynae who is allowed to practice in sg fits the bill.
on top of that... can hv some bonus from the female vn gynae, if possible...
