If she has not worked in SG B4, please continue to do so and bear a few more yrs at least till she attain SPR. Yr annual salary is not low, base on yr merit try a few more times shld get it.
She can always enhance and upgrade herself by taking up some english course, cooking, beauty or IT courses to get herself going. She may consider to get involved in community services. You may also "sacrifice" yrself taking taking up these activities 2gether. Buddy system mah.
U shld not ignore the "baby issue". We have a shortage problem leh. Can also solve her boredom problems.
