If it's in Japan, people will laugh
If it's in US/EUROPE, you see people reacted sending F photos to public forum
If it's in Malaysia/Indonesia, you see Police filled with cash, but never will e news get posted
If it's Vienam/Thailand, no people will bother abt such cases
