Nha Be not bad... Huynh Tan Phat Q7 cross 1 bridge reach liao. If can find one next to the river lagi better. But only downside... all industrial area/shipyard leh...
My advice: should look at Q2, Q9 - both are on the way to the new Long Thanh Airport which will replace Tan Son Nhat in the future.
