Alexis I would say that the quality of the locals have dropped very much in the past year.
The expats are not bad, still ranked no1 or no2 in town.
Just from what I saw these few months, compare to other places.
Illegals KTV have the best looking locals and they do not have the hookers looks, they dress like normal girls and office girls.....
They maybe freelance; they may not be, but it is refreshing to see they dress that way.
