Yo mate, be professional in workplace please even if u r the boss of the company. The reasons she let u touch her is maybe a. She likes u. B. ur her boss thats why she's willingly or unwillingly wanna let u do that. C. She's professional in this field of attracting her own boss. If u think the reason is A, and u r single, u can try to ask her out, but never mess around in workplace. If B is the reason, then please look at ur position and start doing self review on whether u should be doing that. If the reason is C, u can ask her out and settle things with her. But 1 big NO is that u dont mess around IN ur workplace, unless u r that shameless boss who don't care what ur employees think of u then u can do whatever u want.
