No need to worry about how much tochange ... if not enough then change at Vietnam , if you are in benh thanh market then no problem ...
I dunno what u want to shop , how to advise ..
Bring 200-400 .... CHange 50 at airport , change another 100 at benh thanh ... not enough than change again
