She is YOUR girlfriend only u know her best. If u think the 2 of u r ready to settle down then go ahead. If u think u still need more time to think, then go ahead take more time think carefully n thoroughly. Cos like i said before: once yur 4th finger go into the metal hole, no turning back. U also dun wanna make decisions that u regret. Moreover, marriage is involved 2 families. U have to think of yur parents, her parents n most importantly the future for the 2 of u.
BTW 33 yrs old is not old lah. Its still prime age.
