2 hours if i'm not wrong, it's been a while...
and yes there's a massage, but they aren't very professional unlike PRC or other countries, but i guess it really does depend on your luck. Some can be quite pretty and give good "massage" so don't get hooooked.. lol!
icekoleong: Ortigas is slightly far out, but at night you can get to MBC well within 20-30 mins so not too bad. MBC is open 24 hours! Go there anytime!
Oh and do try the steak at discovery suites, it's gooood
