Regarding messing up bedsheet, just lay a poncho or some other 'unwetable' cover over the bed. Need not even be the whole bed, just the action area. Thus even a car sun screen could do. Any stains, clean up the covers afterwards. Of course, you must get use to naked skins brushing over such materials or the cleaning up afterwards. This seems best way to save on the trouble of changing the bedsheet, double bedsheets or washing them up. Whenever you want it, just do it!!!
