They got tons of lands ... not shock to hear if they want to built whatever ...
They built is not to attract foreigner but more for the locals ... they have enough of locals to pack the place , so no need foreigner ...
Same as Dai Nam in Binh Duong ... Its so big and yet its so damn crowded .. once holiday .. die manz ..
