Okay seriously I think by now somebody may have already PM u to offer to help u out in your biz venture if they had read your post
but its actually not that difficult to find out by yourself, the difficult part is to have a local there whom you can REALLY trust thats the main issue
4 years back somebody here asked me if I am interested to take over a small hotel from his fren and then I asked back - I pay with what? My backside ah? Even sell backsides few lifetimes also not enuff to pay.......
