Hotel... its rather late to book any hotel as by now usually full. Formosa hotel is usually recommended for newbies but Hotel Harapan Baru is a cheap option. Other option is Lovina Inn, there are 2, in Penguin area and Nagoya area. Closer to the actions is Nagoya area. Usually the hotels are $30 and up. But you might be able to find a one star hotel for $20 but I don't know any. Most hotel allow you to bring girls so no sweat on this.
