In Malaysia, whether u working permit or without permit, your boss will keep your passport. I think they know they come here work a pros. May not be the boss that cheat them,if they really got cheated. It's the so called "sister" who is the agent that introduce them to come here tht cheat them and also charge them exorbitant agent fee.thats y they cannot go back.and this sister is their own Vn ppl who could be married in Malaysia.
