let me share my experience here...I had ate at Tra Vinh and Rach Gia...both are Thanh Pho...
1 bowl of hu tieu nam vang cost around 20 - 25K depends on stalls/shops...also with breakfast usually has iced coffee...which will definitely make the breakfast goes to 35k per person...so not surprising...
