I been through that and yes, I was upset when flights got changed. But its a blessing in disguise. Those dates were booked months ahead and if there is a change by Cebu Pac, they will give you an alternative flight. The best part is they give you options of accepting, refund or change to within 30 days for free.
I usually take the free date change cos it gives me flexibility to fly when most convenient for me. You can change as late as a day before the flight. Best was when I chose a date like Dec 23. That seat was $400 one way. Super peak price.
I used to call them and was put on hold for as long as 25 minutes. Hahaha. Guess how mad I was. Then I called them at 3am and got through in 3 minutes. Latest is they told me to call +6531580808 which is great for our Singaporeans. I tested it and it worked. Starts in Mandarin and then you choose to talk in English.
