Am I correct to say then that if her a**hole of a husband decides to revoke her LTSVP, by virtue of her Work Permit, she gets to stay in Singapore? Are this two documents inter-related?
If not, then its a strategy that my bro can use to ensure that his "Basar" (well she got real "wet" and vice versa) stays in the little red dot despite what her husband do!
Not easy to annul marriage on non consummation (if that is what you are getting it).
And yes, the three year ruling is really really sickening. Almost as bad as cannot sell HDB before Minimum Occupied Period as it forces querulous couple to stay together and create a nasty atmosphere!
