Rising dragon hotels was quite a nice hotel in the old quarter very near to Hoan Kiem lake.
might make a trip there in winter, depending if my "project" there has made progress or not by december
GF i not sure but the gals at Fortuna hotel KTV doesn't seem like want to go there, instead persuading me to get a room right at their hotel.
