I was having tea break at South Bridge road cafe last thursday when suddenly the cafe was swamped by several lawyers who had finished a meeting at the Law Society premises nearby. The cafe filled up and one elderly lawyer asked to share my table.... ok with me and soon we were having TCSS. I learnt from him that there are certain influential lawyers who are "feared" by the Family Court judges and they will always lean in favour of these lawyers in their judgments. If you have the money, try to engage these lawyers to fight your case.

It is best to have an amicable divorce.... less stress on everybody involved and easy on the pocket. The worst divorces are those acrimonious ones.
