bro, please take my advice with a pinch of salt. I am not you and its personally, my own pov. Since she has a lawyer,Ｉam sure the lawyer asked her to do this so as to reduce the cost of the legal fees (or some other reasons idk). Now that she has a lawyer, my advice is for you to get one too.
Look at the fact, when you talk to her, its just vocal. there is nothing legal about it and the fact that she can "deny" that they said this and that later on. My best bet for you is to find a lawyer before doing any other thing. do not sign on any paper and all. If best, do a recording of the conversation that you had with your wife. It may or may not be the good evidence to you. Let the lawyer decide on how to fight it as its their professionalism.
