The place is known as Lorong Mornėn Bekrė (which is actually Lorong Morning Bakery, but no ojek driver would understand it if you pronounce it as an English speaker). It is the street almost in front of the exit of Harbour Bay. You cannot miss it.
Prices are low (100k ST?), appearance of ladies medium and lower, GFE presumably null (I did not try) , safety probably not high. They are the same ladies who go to Pacific, I think, but at the disco they ask much higher fee.
