Yes, Thailand do grant visas on arrival BUT unless the PRC national is part of an organized Tour Group, China Immigration will NOT allow her to exit China.
Ask her to go to any travel agent to apply for her Thai visa prior as it is a real hassle to apply personally in the Thai Consulate in GZ - plus it only costs an extra couple hundred or so RMB's and done within a week.
An added bonus is that with her Thai visa in her passport, she is allowed to transit for 7 days in Hong Kong before going off - or returning - from Thailand.

This should be what u should be doing.. Helping out others with info input.

But these help will in turn help u in long run, as ppl recognize that u are not some shit stirrer. But some helpful dick who have a own way of expressing ur self which not all will accept.
Look at me, I have created no less problem than most ppl in the forum but why I still have 400+ points even after some mass zap. Even thot I may not be very helpful but I still help out. In my own style and way of course.. Those that can take it good for them, those not, fxxk them. It's my life.
I have made more friends and ppl know how I'm like in person than to just judge thru posting. I met ppl up in person and not like so ball less ass hole who just shot shit in here.

Why u got mass zap is cause some ppl dun like ur posting and get his gang to mass zap u. Why they willing to do that is cause they are all cheong buddy.. They have met each other and party together.
