mate u need to consider the ancillary issues as well.. it isnt going to be easy esp with your 4 year old kid..
you can "act in person" if you really want provided you know the proper procedures.. e.g filing the correct documents via the electronic filing system..
since she is not contesting it.. then the fees and time would be minimum and wont take too long.. why not get a lawyer to settle it??
