The vietnames community is increasing from what i see in the neighbourhood.From coffeeshop to shopping mall,i will surely bum into vietnamese so as long as your wife willing to take the first approach to talk to them,then i think she will have many freinds here.But of course got good and bad one lah who i mean those marry singaporean or work here.Not WL.
