Need your advice here...
My wife is giving me the care and control of our only son from Sunday 5pm to Sat 12pm. She told me that under Singapore law, care and control means that during my care, our son expenses including medical, food and etc shall be all paid by me and I cannot demand her to share the cost.
She will only take care of the expenses during her care.
Is this correct? The custody of the child is shared 50-50.
If this is correct, I find this law needs to be fucked! In this case, isn't both parents be responsible for the well being of the child?
