hmm really i never really notice when i go , but i've only been there a couple of times , both times in / out of the SM that's all
why would there be FLs there it's not exactly a place steaming with foreigners though? why do the FLs come from - the nearby ktvs, pubs, spill over effect?
will keep an eye out next time i wander there. what's up with the american though, sounds like someone got into a fight with a local again...
