My case was different, I am married to a pinas, daughter going to be 4 yrs old already. Got special pass in phil with no restriction. So its no issue to "100%" own the business.

I thinks lots of bro here are having the issue that you cannot 100% own the business and buy the land. There is a way around it AND dont just jump into it when someone offer you a too good to be true lobang.......its usually too good to be true.
