Yes agreed - it really depends on your comfort level at the end of the day. If you don't mind sharing the info, the 100% fool proof way is to give her a copy of your ID + cc. There will be no issues whatsoever if you do that.
I do know that SQ requires a copy of the cc if the one who purchased the ticket is not on the flight manifest. They have even asked me to show my cc though I was the one flying and I purchased it online.
But based on past experience with cebupacific, even if the girl isn't the one who purchased the ticket there's no need for her to show anything other than their own govt issued ID on checking in . Just as long as they manage to produce the invoice with their name, the counter staff usually don't really bother checking too much - especially so if it's a domestic flight (less expensive).
After all, sg ccs all have 2 factor authentication now right...
