1) You can use your phone anytime anway you like. She won't snatch away.
If she ask why you have 2 phone, just say one is the company phone, you need to be on standy.
2) When the hotel recep check your ID, he or she will pass it back to you. Just quickly had your wallet stand by and chuck it in. Again she won't snatch your wallet. then you ask for her ID and pass to the recep. One at a time.
