Actually I voice this enforcement of contract of lease thing. In fact this lease contract thing is what is stopping me from a lot of stuff I wanna do, including the resturant biz.

My fellow SG pal suggest that since I am so panaroid about it, can go the Cong An there and sign the contract. Any1 with this experience? Will it be valid? Or will like some1 pay $$$ and any record of this rental contract "disappear"?
