This is quite a sensitive topic. I personally think that putting a picture of you with your girlfriend is actually better provided that you can carry a conversation with the ladies and put them at ease without being overtly flirtatious.

If they should choose to have a relationship with you, they are also clear and aware of the consequences.

Having said that, it's gonna be harder for you to actually attack the ladies directly because if a single guy like me were to be abit naughty, they might just take it as a compliment and then turn me down nicely before continuing to talk to me. If you are attached however, unless you are really sure they like you, they are likely to immediately label you as a cheat and block you.

So u gain the advantage of having a higher chance of a reply, but u also stand a higher chance of a friendzone risk and have to tread carefully. Being single lowers your chance of a reply probably by alot, but at the same time, you're a little freer to do naughty stuff easier to progress to a romance or bedding. So take your pick to which set of difficulties you'd prefer to deal with.

This is my personal opinion.

Besides that, if you are attached, several attached bros here have actually advised in other threads against using your actual picture/name on chat apps in case your girlfriend actually finds you there. Things could get rather nasty if she gets suspicious after she sees your photo and checks your phone, for example.
