money or time

if u have money but have no time - best bet to get quality -> Roxas clubs

if u have no money but have time - best bet to get quality -> FL at Havana (i still prefer Havana over MBC)

if u have money and also have time - best bet to get quality -> start going to higher end discos or hangouts of young hip Filipino gals -> places like Icon or Republic

if u have no time and no money - best bet to get quality -> no where i know of. hehe.
