1 year plus never come back to vn. These few days go supermarket buy groceries, i feel that the cost of living is same same sillypore. The prices are about the same... Some stuff cheaper, some stuff more expensive.
like any places, HCM definitely higher cost (in everything). In smaller village I reckon it's more affordable... things are fresher but choices may be limited.
