Been reading the last 20 pages of this thread and seems I cannot find the information i want. I will be going to Manila after AC next Sunday and will be staying for 1 night somewhere near Manila Bay near Manila Aquarium.. My questions :

1. Is that a good place to stay ?

2. What is the best KTV in Manila with the best gal with good service attitude. I don't have to bar fine her... Just want to have good fun singing and drinking. I also want the KTV to have genuine single malt whiskey..

3. If KTV is not advisable, what is the most upper class club ? Is Roxan consider up class ?

Many thanks in advance... I know I will be on Sunday night and things might not be as good as on normal day...
