loads of clubs around quezon city where the locals hang out. can try your luck there. not sure if you have to look clean shaven and loaded though
guilly's, space, and dragon, etc.
alternatively there's always good ol fashioned 24/7 mbc ... which is a short 20-30 mins ride away from quezon city, esp if you're travelling late at night (for example if you didn't manage to score at the clubs along tomas morato / timog...)
