and in Manila, always add 30 minutes or more to your plans, or don't go there ..

If you plan something at 9.00 don't plan something at 9.30 - make it like .. 10.30 ??

Been there, done that, and the last thing i do is get mad when I get stuck in traffic or my babe(s) turn up half an hour or more late ..
