Is there a rule stating that I cannot request to only trade with people with certain power (i requested >2) or above? I don't see anything wrong as many others are doing it...

If not, fuck that pussy who zapped me without leaving his nick behind. This kind of cowardly behaviour won't get you far in life. Hope karma hits you back when someone fucks your mother and wife without leaving his name behind.
