Sammyboyfor is very busy - making $$ / upgrading servers,  correcting "advice/advise" etc. As supreme commander, he has his priorities (limited time/resources). More compassionate/forgiving (benefits of doubt given) now.

Bro, read through the link and it only proved that sammyboy allowed clones. But he still didn't allow clones to up others and credit the points to one single account right? If not rules 10 should be taken out isn't it?
I find the question quite valid but don't know why sammyboy didn't respond to it. Very confuse
