Bros,

If you have a CIMB bank account in SG, you can use your ATM card to withdraw from CIMB Thai ATM Machines without any additional withdrawal service charge. Your withdrawal will only be subjected to the usual bank forex rate for that day.

This is the same if you withdraw ringgit at CIMB Malaysia ATM or rupiah at CIMB Indonesia ATM.

The only problem is that the CIMB ATM network outside Malaysia is quite small. Not easy to find in Thailand, Indonesia or SG.

Forget about UOB or DBS. Even if you use your UOB or DBS SG ATM card at an overseas UOB / DBS ATM Machine, you will still get charged the additional withdrawal service fee.

There is no benefit and its like the same fees you get charged if you withdraw from a KBank or Siam Commercial ATM Machine.
