Personally I never use my UOB Singapore ATM Card to withdraw in Thailand before but I did use it before at UOB Malaysia ATM (in JB) and still had to pay the service charge for withdrawal. 
The only one I know for sure no service charge is CIMB. I used in BKK once and a few times in Malaysia also. No extra charges so far. |
Unless they changed something since aug 2013, the 150 baht fee is not incurred. So far the rates have been decent as well, definitely can't beat those superriches.
