having a weaker Vnd does not imply that people can have more spending power..in 2009,the exchange rate should be around $1 Sgd to 10k Vnd.but at this time,a bowl of duck drumstick noodle at my favourite shop in Q.4 is selling at 35-38k Vnd...now,in the year of 2013 when the exchange rate is $1 Sgd to 17k Vnd,the stall is selling 75k Vnd...
