LA Cafe is now Called Manila Bay .. Same place though .. and heck, even the exterior and interior didn't change. And ground floor open 24 hours, second floor opens in the evening .. yah, you can find a quickie there any time ..

Mamasan and Waiter, I dont' tip .. just 50 peso or so is good for tips for waiter - and neck crackers, not more than 50 .. after all, I want to pee - in - peace ... not necked in pee ..
